Are you eligible for Summer aid?

If you are a continuing UCB student and attended Fall 2007 and/or Spring 2008, completed a 2007-2008 FAFSA by 4/15/08, have a complete financial aid file, and are enrolled in at least 6 semester units during the summer, you may be eligible for Summer Financial Aid.

Returning UCB undergraduate students for Fall 2008 and new, entering Fall 2008 undergraduate students who have completed a 2007-2008 FAFSA by 4/15/08 and a 2008-2009 FAFSA are eligible to apply for Summer Financial Aid.  For additional details and application information, please contact the Financial Aid Office.

The estimator will give you an estimate on the amount of and types of aid available. Estimates are based on the number of units and sessions you plan to attend.  You may do as many estimates ad you like.

Your Summer Offer Letter can be obtained at this site starting early April. Remember, you will only get ONE Summer Offer Letter, so be sure your schedule is finalized before you accept your offer.

Print and keep a copy of your completed Offer Letter.

Remember that after you enroll in classes you need to wait two business days for our system to be updated with your enrollment data.

Report all outside summer awards to the Financial Aid Office before obtaining an offer letter.

The last day to finalize enrollment on TeleBEARS is July 28.

The last day to complete an Offer Letter is August 1st.

If you withdraw, drop out, walkaway, or you do not complete your enrolled summer session classes you will be billed for your financial aid.
